MINORITY
(n). the smaller portion of a whole
(n). the smaller portion of a whole
a word that describes the roleplaying community. we are a small group, out
of a much larger whole of people who surf the internet. a community, which
seems to have scattered and fragmented as of late. the one thing that seems
to unite us: resources. those little bits of coding which wrap around the basis
of all roleplaying: the post. be it a shipping debate, a skin for an upcoming site,
or graphics to make our boards just that little bit more beautiful. but what about
the people behind all those characters, and all the resources we hold so dear?
what about the roleplayers?
that is minority's goal. to remember the roleplayer behind the character and
the posts. that at the end of the day we are all human beings with emotions,
thoughts, and opinions. although we are a board which offers resources, that
is not what minority is. what we are is a community, a group of people with
similar interests, who have vowed to be a family and form lasting bonds and
build relationships with people outside of the roleplaying boards we all join
and love. so yes, while we do offer resources, graphics, skins, tutorials, and
challenges, among other things, those are all secondary to the community
portion of our board. we have a variety of forums designed to foster love
and communication between roleplayers, and in a positive light. we hate the
fighting. we hate the drama. and we at the minority want to see a change.
it has always been the age of roleplaying, but now it is the age of bonding
and forming friendships, to ensure that our small minority doesn't die.
WILL YOU JOIN OUR MINORITY?
