Welcome to Doctor Who/Torchwood RPG. Here you will have fun saving the human race from various threats. Play a cannon character or make one up, and join either The Doctor on his adventures or Torchwood to stay in one place. Here Torchwood One is closed, and Torchwood Two and Three are open. They are always accepting new team members! There is a possibility of more Torchwood units being created... However, in this RP game, the Time Lords had survived the Time War. Foreseeing the possible outcome of genocide due to the war, they had started to secretly move Time Lords and Time Ladies to another planet that is an exact replica of Gallifery. Even though their home planet had been completely destroyed, Time Lords and Ladies still exist.
